Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the items for a refund or an exchange. We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Return costs are free. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs and are credited to the card from which the purchase originated). There will be absolutely no refunds for items more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and sanitary protection intact. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you a $35.00 fee and return the item to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. Items received after a 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 4 to 7 business days.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 4-7 business days, and will arrive 2-10 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. Orders shipped to any US address are sent using USPS Mail Service and are delivered in 2-7 business days. Orders shipped outside the US usually take 7-15 business days to be delivered.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship them when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility, and Guria Beachwear is no longer liable. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Guria Beachwear is not responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address provided to us, but if this happens please contact us immediately with the correct information and we will try our best to reroute the package if possible – please note that additional charges will incur for rerouting.

International

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few delays in your shipment.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping.

All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or exceptions.
